Today Apple has released the second public beta build of OS X Yosemite, which will be available by running Software Update in the Apple menu for those who are part of Apple’s Yosemite public beta program.

As suggested previously, Apple today released the public beta of its upcoming OS X Yosemite operating system, and people who previously signed up should now be able to download and install it. However, a few who have jumped on board have found a few problems when setting up Yosemite on their systems. Along with its announcement of the next version of OS X, Apple has made OS X 10.10 “Yosemite” available to the public as part of its beta test program, which it recently opened up to include more than its developer community and a select group of testers.
